Sasha and Malia Obama are no strangers to the spotlight. Having grown up in the White House, these two young women are now stepping into the next chapter of their lives. And this week, they caught everyone’s attention. Let’s find out why!
After leaving the White House, Sasha and Malia transitioned from young girls to confident women. Both have graduated from college and are now living in Los Angeles, California. Sasha recently completed her undergraduate program at the University of Southern California (USC) and graduated in May of this year.
Their father, former President Obama, couldn’t be prouder of his daughters. During an appearance on The Late Late Show with James Corden, he revealed that he had feared their upbringing in the White House would make them “odd kids.” However, he is thrilled to see them thriving and referred to them as “fantastic young women.” 
It seems that Sasha and Malia are making the most of their lives. After Drake’s performance at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, the sisters attended his after-party at the Bird Streets Club. Sasha sported a trendy cropped black corset with cargo pants, while Malia rocked a stylish sheer top by Knwls and high-waisted flared trousers with a bold print. They looked absolutely stunning in the pictures captured from that night.
Witnesses spotted the sisters leaving the club around 4 a.m. And it seems people are applauding their late-night partying. Many comments on a post about their night out expressed support for them, with one comment stating, “Let them live their lives.” Another person chimed in, “They are adults. I hope they have fun!”
It’s clear that everyone is on board with Sasha and Malia Obama having a great time! And they weren’t the only high-profile names attending Drake’s after-party. Other notable attendees included Saweetie, Anderson .Paak, and Drake’s own father, Dennis Graham.
But this isn’t the first time former President Obama has spoken highly of Drake. In a 2020 interview, he praised the artist, calling him “talented” and noting his ability to “do anything he wants.” When Drake expressed interest in playing Obama in a biopic, the President graciously approved, mentioning that his daughters would be fine with it too. 
It’s evident that Sasha and Malia have been long-time fans of Drake. However, their father is also known for his excellent taste in music. He even released annual summer playlists that showcased his diverse musical preferences. One of his playlists featured Drake’s collaboration with J Hus on the track “Who Told You.”
