Sir Rod Stewart, the legendary rock star and sex symbol, is now 78 years old and enjoying the role of being a grandfather. With eight children from five different mothers, Stewart has a colorful family. And recently, we were treated to a heartwarming family photo that captured the whole clan together.

The photo, shared by Stewart’s daughter Kimberly, was taken during a family gathering in Spain. It features Stewart, his wife Penny Lancaster, and most of his children: Sean, Ruby, Renee, Liam, Alastair, and Aiden. Additionally, we also get a peek at Stewart’s newborn grandsons, Louis and Otis, who were born just days apart in May.

It’s worth noting that seven out of eight of Stewart’s children were present in the photo. The only one missing was his first child, Sarah Streeter, who was put up for adoption. However, they have since reconciled, although she was not present at this particular gathering. Another notable absence was Stewart’s granddaughter, Delilah, born in 2011 to Kimberly and actor Benicio Del Toro.

But despite these two missing family members, the photo gives us a special glimpse into Stewart’s large and loving family.

This year has been an exciting one for the Stewart clan, with the arrival of two adorable grandchildren in May. Otis was born on May 9th, followed by Louie on May 12th. Louie’s full name is Louie Mark Roderick Stewart, with “Roderick” being a tribute to his famous grandfather. Rod even helped reveal the gender of Otis and sang a special song just for the baby.

The proud granddad, Rod Stewart, couldn’t help but share photos of himself holding the newborns on social media.
