Amber Rachdi made her public debut on the show “My 600-lb Life” when she weighed around 660 pounds and her life was in peril. Thankfully, she was able to get healthier and lose weight.

Everyone is aware of how difficult it is to maintain a healthy diet. Healthy cooking may be more expensive and time-consuming than fast food. But, we must keep in mind that consuming fast food on a regular basis is undoubtedly unhealthy for the body.

Numerous inspiring biographies show us that lifestyle adjustments are possible in order to achieve ideal weight and maximum health.

Amber Rachdi, for example, weighed over 660 pounds 5 years ago, and her life was in grave danger. Fortunately, she found the motivation and desire to exercise and eat healthily.

Amber has struggled with her weight since she was a child, and at the age of five, she weighed 160 pounds. Amber’s difficulties intensified as a teenager since she suffered from anxiety and found “relief” in food. She ate sweets and big amounts of food every day, and at the age of 16, she was unable to move and required a wheelchair. As a result, Amber’s daily tasks became hard for her at the age of 23.

Amber claimed she tried to reduce weight but couldn’t because she couldn’t stop eating. She thought she had little chance, especially since physicians informed her she wouldn’t live past the age of 30. Fortunately, Ashley saw the need for a change before it was too late.

Amber wanted to appear on the show “My 600-lb Life,” but she had to travel by airline, which was tough for her because she did not fit into the plane’s row. That’s how she met Dr. Nowzaradan, the man who would change her life.

Amber needed a gastric bypass, but this could only be done once she reduced weight. Amber’s road to a new life began when she and her family chose to relocate to Houston so they wouldn’t have to fly.

She started eating nutritious foods like chicken and veggies and went to the gym, but she stated it was difficult for her to walk again.

Dr. Nowzaradan was able to perform surgery on Amber after three months of hard effort. Amber’s stomach bypass surgery was a success, and her stomach now resembled a baseball.

Amber’s anxiousness returned after the surgery, so she sought the assistance of a psychotherapist. Amber was invincible! She was determined to make a difference!

Amber lost 267 pounds in a year and was no longer reliant on a wheelchair or anyone else to go around. Amber remained in Houston with her boyfriend, Rowdy. Amber expressed her joy at having control over her life.

Dr. Nowzaradan then operated to remove her extra skin. Amber now looks fantastic and is overjoyed.
