Carrie Underwood, the talented 39-year-old country music star, recently shared an adorable video of her 3-year-old son, Jake, getting his workout on to an old Tae Bo video. Jake stumbled upon one of Carrie’s old Tae Bo DVDs and decided to have a little morning exercise session.

In the Instagram post, Carrie expressed her excitement at possibly having a new gym buddy in Jake. She wrote, “One of my old Tae Bo DVDs was discovered in a box of things by the boys, and Jake thought he’d have a little morning workout! I could soon have a gym friend!” The video received a lot of love from her fans, with over 131,000 likes and counting.

In the video, Jake can be seen trying his best to follow along with the Tae Bo instructor, but he quickly switches gears and breaks into a dance move before playfully tumbling onto a nearby sofa. It’s a scene that many parents around the world can relate to and find utterly adorable.

It’s no surprise that Jacob Bryan Fisher, Carrie Underwood’s youngest son, is already showing an interest in health and fitness. With a father who was a professional athlete and a mother who is dedicated to her own health and fitness journey, it seems like athleticism runs in the family. Carrie not only has her own fitness app but also authored a book about health and fitness called “Find Your Path” in 2020.

While it’s still too early to tell whether Jake will follow in his father’s footsteps or take after his mother’s path, Carrie has hinted that he might even have a future as an astronaut. In an Instagram post about the family’s visit to the NASA Space Center, she wrote, “I had a fantastic day talking to astronauts in space, driving lunar rovers, inspecting space station replicas, and meeting some amazing people! Thanks to @astro_kimbrough and everyone there for showing us around and being so sweet to my boys (who may just end up being future astronauts).”

Carrie Underwood recently wrapped up the first half of her highly-rated ‘The Denim & Rhinestones Tour.’ While taking a break to spend time with her family, she is set to return to the stage on February 2nd for 16 shows in February and another nine shows in March. The second half of the tour will conclude on March 17th, with stops in various cities including Miami, Atlanta, Dallas, LA, and more.

But the journey doesn’t stop there for Carrie Underwood. After a short break, she will be opening her Reflection: The Las Vegas Residency in June 2023. This exciting residency will consist of 18 shows at The Theatre at Resorts World Las Vegas, with a capacity of around 5,000 audience members. Carrie was the very first artist to perform at the theater when it opened on December 1, 2021, to a sold-out show. Her residency will include shows in June, July, September, November, and December, ensuring a fantastic end to 2023.

As we can see, Carrie Underwood is not only a talented artist but also a dedicated mother and fitness enthusiast. She continues to inspire her fans, both young and old, with her music, fitness journey, and now, her adorable son’s morning workouts.
