Just a year later, they received another life-changing call. The biological mother of their adopted twins reached out, offering her other set of twins for adoption. She believed the Kosinskis were the perfect parents. This decision wasn’t easy for Carrie and Craig. They contemplated if they could handle four children. But the bond between the siblings was undeniable, so they welcomed two-year-old twins Cece and J.J. into their growing family.

In September 2015, something incredible happened. Carrie started feeling strange and decided to visit the doctor. To her astonishment, she discovered that she was pregnant. But that wasn’t all – she was carrying twins! The news was both overwhelming and exhilarating. The thought of having six children under one roof seemed unimaginable. Carrie exclaimed, “Oh my God, we are going to have three sets of twins! What are we going to do with ourselves?”

But the surprises didn’t end there. Carrie gave birth to her babies on a very special date – February 28. You won’t believe this – all of her adopted children were also born on the same date. It was a remarkable coincidence that left everyone in awe. Carrie couldn’t help but laugh, saying, “God obviously has a sense of humor.”

The community rallied behind this extraordinary family, organizing fundraisers to help them with the expenses. Their love and support made a significant difference. Carrie shared that organization and sticking to a schedule became vital for managing their beautifully chaotic life. She said, “I have to be very organized, or things get out of hand.”

Carrie and Craig firmly believe that their journey of adoption was part of a greater plan. They feel that just as God adopted them into His family, they were meant to adopt these children into their own. It’s a blessing that they wouldn’t change for the world. And their family continued to grow when they welcomed another child, making them parents of seven.
