During an episode of her Facebook Watch series, Unfiltered, Paris and her brothers revealed the surprising presence of Omer Bhatti, a 36-year-old Norwegian dancer and rapper, who they consider an “older brother.”
Omer played a significant role in the Jackson family, having been Prince’s nanny and supporting Paris since she was a baby. He explained, “I’d say we kind of raised her. She is my younger sister in every way.” The family dynamic took on a whole new level of joy for Omer, who had always wanted younger siblings. Having Prince, Paris, and Blanket in his life brought him immense happiness.
Paris, especially, cherishes her older brothers and their close bond. She expressed, “They have my whole love. Every time we see each other, we feel revitalized by our time together.” And unlike typical sibling relationships, Paris and Omer have never had any conflicts. He revealed, “Paris was undoubtedly a rebel, always more rebellious than Prince. Omer’s connection to Michael Jackson began when he started performing at just nine years old. Reflecting on their relationship, Omer shared, “Being on TV and having these appearances subsequently brought me to Michael Jackson. In a sense, he adopted me and served as a father figure and mentor to me.” As a young child, Omer saw Michael as his role model and absorbed everything about him. He even joined him on tour, sitting almost right on the stage.
