Additionally, Goodman embarked on a rigorous exercise routine, working out six days a week. In his own words, he confessed, “I can no longer afford to be a couch potato.” It was this determination and dedication that drove him to continue his transformation.

Since committing to a healthier lifestyle, Goodman has shed an impressive 100 pounds. Despite reprising his role as Dan Conner in the revived “Roseanne” in 2018, he has managed to maintain his progress. He credits the 12-step philosophy, often associated with addiction recovery programs, for helping him stay on track.
