Matt Roloff, star of TLC’s “Little People, Big World,” recently shared some shocking news about his experience with unruly guests at his Oregon farm. In the season 25 premiere, Matt discusses the unexpected scenario with his fiancée Caryn Chandler, who had just returned from a visit to Arizona.

According to Matt, some of the farm’s renters have been “filming” things on the property, although he is unsure of the exact nature of these videos. In response, Matt is considering implementing stricter rules for his guests. He jokes with Caryn, saying, “You can’t come over here and create a porno video or something. I mean, that’s what it’s come down to.”

Matt explains that while they may not know the specific content of the videos, they could easily recognize familiar locations on the farm. He expresses concern that someone might stumble upon a video and recognize it as the Roloff living room.

In a confessional, Matt admits that they were unaware if the guests were filming inappropriate content. This revelation has prompted him to tighten the rules for future renters.

This is not the only challenge Matt has faced with his farm guests. He shares with Caryn that some guests have caused damage or created messy situations. While he initially expected to host cute little families, with grandparents and kids, the reality has been different. Matt recounts incidents such as guests trying to clean wine glasses in the garbage disposal, resulting in shards of glass, and finding a pool cue stuck in the wall.

Despite these challenges, Matt has found success with the short-term rental concept for the north side of his farm, known as the “big house.” Initially listed for sale in May 2022, Matt decided to turn it into a vacation rental. He mentions that they are almost fully booked, and although his ultimate goal is still to sell the north side, he sees the short-term rental as a smart move in uncertain economic times.

In a separate preview clip, Matt discusses his plans for the future of the farm with his ex-wife Amy Roloff and her husband Chris Marek. He reveals that he intends to leave whatever piece of the farm he still owns to Amy when he passes away. While Amy is taken aback by this decision, calling it “crazy,” Matt explains that the situation with their children is too complicated at the moment, especially given the growing rift between him and their son Zach.
