Beyonce delighted fans as she unveiled her jaw-dropping hair transformation at the launch of her new haircare line, Cécred. The iconic singer, known for her platinum blonde locks, traded them in for a gorgeous honey-colored hue, perfectly complementing her skin tone. The intimate event took place at the stylish Revery venue in Los Angeles.
Not only did Beyonce’s hair wow everyone, but her fashion choice did as well. The 42-year-old rocked a head-to-toe Prabal Gurung ensemble from the spring-summer 2024 collection.
She wore a stunning white silk cotton hand-pleated plisse sculpted sari bodysuit with a cotton silk kurta blouse and dhoti pants. Beyonce’s all-white look was complete with dazzling De Beers jewelry, including the brand’s Metamorphosis by De Beers ‘Prelude’ Necklace and Brooch, Light Fall Diamond Earrings, and Cipher Diamond Ring.
Beyonce’s mom and vice chairwoman of Cécred, Tina Knowles, was by her side, looking equally stunning in an all-white Nadine Merabi lace jumpsuit with wide legs and nude lining.
Tina’s influence on Beyonce’s haircare brand is evident, as she opened the Headliners salon in Houston, Texas, where Beyonce had her first job. The mother-daughter duo has a deep connection to the power of hair care, as Tina wrote on Instagram, “I saw firsthand how the ways we nurture and celebrate hair can directly impact our souls.”
In an interview with Essence Magazine, Beyonce shared her haircare regime and the inspiration behind Cécred. She emphasized the importance of moisture for her hair, adding oil to her scalp and covering her hair at night to allow the oils to penetrate.
Beyonce’s childhood rituals of maintaining a healthy scalp still hold special meaning for her. With Cécred, she aims to carry on her mother’s legacy and provide others with the same transformative experience.
