Shannen Doherty, best known for her roles in Beverly Hills, 90210 and Charmed, has been open about her ongoing battle with cancer. In a recent interview, the 52-year-old actress provided an emotional update on her health that left many feeling sympathetic.

They put you out to pasture at a very early age — ‘You’re done, you’re retired’ — and we’re not,” she asserts.
Doherty’s gratitude for each day is inspiring. She wakes up every morning expressing gratitude for another day with her loved ones and her loyal German shepherd, Bowie. Despite the challenges she faces, she remains optimistic about the future, saying, “My greatest memory is yet to come.”
